Job Description

As the Sales & Marketing manager, you need to focus on the sales & marketing plan, conduct marketing events, liaise with government authorities and local agencies, to achieve the sales target.

The Successful Applicant
-Minimum 8 years sales & marketing experience; -Minimum 3 years manager experience; -Excellent communication with sales dept, senior management team and media, government departments etc; -Experience on complex projects will be highly preferred; -Knowledge on project and property management will be a plus; -Good mandarin and English; -Shenzhen experience will be highly preferred.
