Job Description
They are seeking a Head of Sales to join them in maintaining their market leader position. Reporting to the CEO, Greater China, you will have full P&L responsibilities for sales performance of Risk Management Solutions, Sales & Marketing Solutions and Enterprise Learning. You are also responsible for people and business leadership to retain and develop the best talents and at the same time growing the business revenue and maintaining relationships internally and externally. You are required to strengthen the D&B brand image and positioning in the market by enhancing new product development and service offerings. You will effectively coach, lead and motivate dynamic sales teams to create teamwork synergy and achieve optimum performance.

The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you must possess extensive knowledge of information services market, and have 15 years solid working experience in sales/ business management with proven track record of success in increasing sales, maintaining client relationship and developing new products and business, targeting large corporations/ MNC in a business-to-business environment. In addition, the successful candidate must be creative, result-oriented with the ability to drive change in a dynamic environment. It is also a necessity to have strong command in both English and Cantonese, Mandarin speaking is a plus.
