Job Description

As Sales Director, you will be responsible to manage 8 Sales offices across Mainland China and Hong Kong. You will be responsible for the achievement of the sales target, the implementation of the Ingredient Branding Program, the customer platform management, the implementation of a customers oriented added value sales approach, the management of the sales channels, the sales development (regional, segment, customer, sales approaches) and the coaching and development of the Sales Team of 50 members.

Main Duties include:

  • formulate, align and implement the Sales Direction and the Customer Value Proposition
  • ensure the achievement of the Sales Target of Mainland China and Hong Kong
  • ensure the achievement of the Marketing Target of Mainland China and Hong Kong
  • actively manage and develop the Mainland China and Hong Kong Customer Platform
  • ensure the Creation of added value for Key Accounts
  • manage the Sales Channels effectively and efficiently
  • develop and increase the customer platform and the sales and profit contribution
  • coach, develop and recruit Sales Manager and Sales Teams
  • manage the Head Count and Cost Budget

The Successful Applicant

For the qualified Sales Director, you will

  • have at least 8 years sales experience under MNC organization in Mainland China and Hong Kong markets, with solid sales and sales management experience in B2B as well as understanding of retail sales and marketing
  • have no less than 5 years experience on people management and distance management(remote offices/teams and large territory)
  • graduate on a high level business degree, Master degree is a plus
  • be able to travel (50%-70%)
  • speak fluent Mandarin as well as very good English
