About Our Client
Our client is a newly established concept store providing an attractive and unique range of lifestyle merchandise. An exciting opportunity has now arisen for a confident and seasoned retail executive to manage their soon-to-open Hong Kong operations.

Job Description
Reporting to the Director, you will have full P&L and management responsibilities for a newly created spatiality retailer. You will build and lead an operation team to set objectives and performance standards for the stores. While overseeing the Sales & Operational Planning process, you will be responsible for driving sales and ensure that profit targets are met through formulating strategic sales strategies and business development planning. As part of the management team you will play an important role in influencing the development of the stores. You will also be involved in store projects and opening as well as merchandise planning. You will drive the success of the brand by training and motivating staff to ensure the highest levels of customer service as well as enhancing the brand's awareness in the market place including Hong Kong and China.

The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you will have a minimum of 8 years retail operations experience, of which 3 years or more at a managerial level. You will have sound experience in store operations management, store opening and merchandise assortment. You will be passionate in retail and be willing to grow the brand from an early developed stage. A motivating leader, you will possess excellent coaching and negotiation skills. You will also have excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is essential.
