Job Description
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer with full P/L responsibility, you will create and implement a clear strategy for the region to maximize brand performance. Of critical importance will be the effective management of partnerships with wholesalers and franchisee to achieve commercial objectives while maintaining brand image and value in all relevant markets. This will require you to undertake business review meeting with key distributors to assess performance against key performance indicators. You will also engage in buying strategies and term negotiation with third parties.
The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you will have a minimum of 15 years' experience in managing wholesales accounts preferably in high-end fashion and luxury goods with a thorough understanding of wholesales business operation. You will have previously managed distributor relationships and possess the flexibility, diplomacy and communication skills required to consistently deliver positive outcomes. As international perspective and a strong understanding and brand awareness will be sought. Fluency in English is essential with proficiency in other Asian Languages advantageous. Frequent Travel expected.
