Our client is a renowned, global company within the financial services sector.
Job Description
Reporting to the Regional Head of Management Development, you will be responsible for effective leadership, panning and on-going implementation and design of regional training and development services to support the business needs across Asia Pacific. You will also manage training services across a variety of mediums including in-class learning, action learning assignment and e-learning programs.
The Successful Applicant
Degree qualified in HR, preferably up to Post graduate level, you will have 6 to 8 years working experience within L&D. Hands on experience gained within a client consulting, organizational development and / or training and development would be ideal. You will need to have a high level of enthusiasm and leadership skills and must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of staff. Prior experience in managing e-learning projects will be highly desired. Fluency in English is essential, whilst one other Asian language is ideal, with preference in Mandarin.
