About Our Client
The company is the only dealer in China for the famous Italian luxury car with over 90 years history. The company now owns dealership for several world-leading sports car brands and is expanding aggressively in China. The group company is recruiting a Regional Sales Manager to manage the sales channels and support the business development in Southern China.

Job Description

  • Make sure that the image and operation of 4S stores and other sales channels lift up to Brand standard
  • Effectively provide services to brand partners’ dealers for the purpose of achieving business objectives.
  • Provide on-going training to coach, and manage the Sales Consultant(s), making sure that their services and professional knowledge lift up to company standard
  • Regularly review performance of dealers and Financial Consultants.
  • Initiate action plan to improve overall performance.
  • Provide inputs and strategic comments on national and regional campaigns, action plans, etc.
  • Provide feedback to headquarters on the market and competitor performance.
  • Represent the company to solve various issues in designated territory.

The Successful Applicant

  • University degree or above
  • 5 years work experience in automotive sales, finance industry experience is preferred.
  • 2 years experience in managing or dealing with automotive dealers.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and leadership ability
  • Ability to work in challenging environment
  • Chinese language skills,good English communication skills
  • Open for nationalities
