About Our Client
With a history of over 130 years, our client is a world-leading fashion jeans retailer, who has over 500 stores in Greater China. The product is well-received among the world by young people for its fashionable designs, good quality and premium material.Our client is now considering business development and upgrading retail stores around China and is now seeking regional sales manager to assist in its ambiguous business reform.

Job Description

  • Participates in the development of sales strategies in responsible region to meet the business goals with the support from Head of Region
  • Co-develops with Head Of Region a regional sales plan which reflects geographic account and channel strategies
  • Participate in making and breakdown Sell-though account customers servicing team
  • Manages and executes a regional sales plan that supports the company business plan
  • Manages the whole regional sales team to implement the business plan with high quality
  • Works closely with regional retail development retail marketing and operation teams to provide the best support to accounts
  • Select, develops and manages proper account structure in responsible markets to better meet company business development needs
  • Manages trade inventory on healthy track
  • Executes each seasons future order sales shipping plan
  • Reports market intelligence to upper sales management timely
  • Manage Sell-through team to improve store performance

The Successful Applicant

  • Above 5 years management experience in China
  • Distribution sales related environment for multi-national consumer brand company
  • Associate degree or above
  • Open for all nationalities
  • Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, good English speaking and writing skills
  • Retailing operation experience is a plus
