About Our Client

Our client is wold-leading fashion watch retailer with high brand recognition among the young generation. The company has been ruining business in China for more than 10 years and is now considering upgrading the image of the direct own stores.

Job Description

• Implement and maintain of the Operations procedures, reporting on the performance and initiating improvements for stores.
• Analise sell-through figures and develop action plans at store level to achieve productivity targets.
• Manages regional operation managers down to stores managers, define their development plan.
• Setting of clear goals and priorities for direct reports
• Recognize good performance and dealing with under performance
• Manage labor cost according to sales growth, optimize resources of the retail network
• Manage retail KPI target achieving and expenses controlling, balancing sales generation and inventory management;
• Recommends to training department training and development needs
• Ensure quality and efficiency of on the job coaching at store level

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum 5-7 years experience in store network (area/region) management.
• Strong management skills
• Excellent communication skills, Strong in building relationships and able to communicate at all levels.
• Consumer service oriented
• Team player/ quick leaner
• University Degree or above
• English fluency and Mandarin fluency/ Cantonese
