About Our Client

Our client is a renowned, global company within the financial services sector.

Job Description
Reporting to the Head of L&D for Asia, you will act as an internal L&D consultant across Asia. Working closely with your colleagues in Hong Kong and around the region, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of training initiatives across Asia. This will include talent management, training needs analysis, development programs and training delivery. You will need to work very closely with key business leaders.

The Successful Applicant
Degree qualified in HR, preferably up to Post graduate level, you will have at least 8 years working experience within L&D. Experience gained within a management consulting organization, financial institution or investment bank would be preferable. You will need to have a high level of enthusiasm and interpersonal skills and must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of staff. Experience in building strong business relationships with business leaders and colleagues is essential. Fluency in English is essential, whilst Mandarin will be an advantage.
