Our client is a leading multi-national logistics company with offices around the World. They have businesses in airfreight, sea freight, and contract based logistics. Their goal is to be the number one supply chain services provider in the World.

Job Description

Reporting to the Key Account Director, you will be responsible for implementing SOP within the region, coordinate with global key account managers to provide services to customers. You will also need to provide sales support and training to customers or vendors, maintain customer's rates and tariffs, maintain intra-company system data quality, establish and monitor customer's performance metrics.

The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant should have a Bachelor degree in related studies with minimum of 5 years experience in the logistics industry. You should possess exceptional communication and presentation skills, fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin (Able to speak German or other European languages is an advantage).
