Job Description
Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the Head of International Human Resources in London, you will be responsible for a full range of HR functions for the Group. You will work as a true business partner to senior management and provide consultancy advice in addition to practical support on HR related matters including recruitment, C&B, employee relations and performance management. There will be extensive interaction with all levels of professional staff as well as frequent liaison with the HR management team in London.

The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you will be degree educated with a proven track record of success in HR management, ideally with recent expertise gained in the financial or professional services sector. You will be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of a full range of HR issues and have knowledge of Hong Kong & China employment ordinances. High level of confidence, professionalism and diplomacy as well as exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Fluency in English and Cantonese is required.
