About Our Client
Our client is a leading financial services provider with a name synonymous with success. With their continued business expansion in the market, they are now looking for a highest calibre HR professional to join this dynamic organization.

Job Description
Reporting directly to the Regional Head of Business based in Hong Kong, you will work with internal global HR department in US and have responsibilities for the full spectrum of HR activities for the Asia Pacific region. You will provide a proactive and high quality HR services including recruitment, employee relations, C&B, tax compliance, performance appraisal and training & development. In addition, you will provide comprehensive HR advice and support to the businesses throughout Asia on a day-to-day basis.

The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you will be a degree-educated HR professional with at least 5 years relevant HR experience in multinational corporation. You will have the credibility and maturity to work with senior management as well as high level of enthusiasm and initiative. Ideally, you will have a background working in a regional standalone role where HR has led a positive impact on key business objectives. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English is essential.
