About Our Client
For our client is a leading European retail brand with rapid growth in Southern China, we a recruiting for a Regional Finance Controller to be of their aggressive expansion plan to set up their finance department and support their IPO project.

Job Description

You will report directly to the CEO and your main duty will be setting up the company's financial system and policies from scratch leading a sizable team.You are responsible manage all aspects of the company's finance functions including cash management, budgeting, cost control, statutory compliance, financial reporting and analysis and internal control.. In addition you are also be required to continuously improve and implement finance and operating controls to ensure efficiency in the business operations.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor degree in finance or business related majors and a qualified CPA or ACCA equivalent
• At least 8 years working experience with management skills
• Rich experience in full set accounting, reporting, FP&A and internal control.
• Ability to communicate in both English and Chinese
