The pioneer within the fitness industry in Asia, California Fitness is a multi award winning health & leisure group and one of Asia's leading brands. With an expanding physical presence in Hong Kong, China, Malaysia, Singapore and Taiwan, they are now seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to join their organisation.

Job Description
Reporting to the Senior Vice President, the successful appointee will be fully responsible for selling membership programs and services to corporate customers across all industry sectors in the region. Consolidating and managing existing client relationships, you will also utilise prospecting techniques to actively seek out new opportunities for further business growth. You will lead an established corporate sales team in the region, and will provide coaching and leadership to drive productivity and management excellence across the team.

The Successful Applicant
Ideally degree qualified, you have a minimum of 6-8 years of sales experience selling to corporate clients, with at least 2 years at a management level. Regional sales experience, and an existing corporate client base that you are able to leverage off will be highly regarded. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial and has a track record of consistently exceeding sales targets. You will also display strong business acumen, aggressiveness, and proven leadership skills. Fluency in English is essential.
