Our client is one of the leading players within the global travel management industry with a growing presence in the region. They are now looking for a Regional Agency Operations Manager to work with one of their key clients.

Job Description

As the Regional Agency Operations Manager you will be responsible for:

• Leading and directing all regional operational work streams to support client’s travel services across APAC
• Providing direction and support to all Traveler and Transaction Services (TTS) operations including online booking in APAC
• Supporting role for Regional Program Director
• Ensure consistency of regional online and offline operational procedures and processes and alignment with regional client’s processes
• Ensure consistent traveler experience and client service delivery within region and globally
• Act as first point of contact within region for any operational issues/technical issue and or questions from client, or client’s third party suppliers

The Successful Applicant

• Travel industry experience
• Understanding of Global and Asia Pacific market dynamics and nuances
• Regional and/or Global Operations and/or Project Management experience
• Previous relationship with Global Client
• Advance knowledge of Program Optimisation tools to achieve operational efficiencies and cost savings
• Attention to detail, able to manage timelines, analytical and presentation skills
• Corporate Travel Consultant background
