Job Description
You will be expected to create and execute a recruitment strategy that will enable the company to attract the best talent in the market. You will play a key role in delivering comprehensive and efficient recruitment services at all levels. The job responsibilities will include building strong talent pipelines for senior level roles and highly specialized positions throughout the region. Especially in formulating branding strategies to develop effective sourcing strategies.
The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you will be a degree qualified HR professional with at least 3 year’s human resources and/or recruitment advisory experience. Critical to your success will be your detailed understanding of contemporary recruitment system and practices while having the confidence to influence key decision maker. You must possess excellent communications skills in English and Mandarin.
