Our client is a listed manufacturing corporation with a market leading position on automotive parts and products. They have a strong global presence and to cope with their company growth worldwide, they are now seeking for an experienced recruitment expert to join their headquarter in Hong Kong.
Job Description
Reporting to the Senior Recruitment Manager, you are responsible for all range of recruitment & selection activities across the operation in Hong Kong. Your major duties include liaising with different business lines on manpower planning, hiring advice and performing end to end recruitment process efficiently. You are also required to review and develop the recruitment strategy, prepare periodic report for senior management, as well as sourcing the right channels to acquire talents across the world.
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will be a degree holder in Human Resources management or equivalent and possess strong interpersonal and effective communication skills. A minimum of 8 years solid HR experience of which a focus in recruitment is required and preferably with both in-house and external recruitment experience. With strong business acumen, applicants must be proactive and able to handle multi-task under pressure. An excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese is essential.
