Michael Page's Mainland China Property & Construction division was launched in Shanghai in January 2007 focused on recruiting middle-management to board level positions. We work with a wide range of clients from investment banks and property developers through to construction firms and manufacturing leaders.

Job Description
As a consultant you will assume responsibility for the profitable growth of a new business sector, with particular emphasis on marketing, candidate and client development and senior relationship management. Being part of a new discipline in a relatively new market you will not only have a key role to play in revenue growth but also in laying solid foundations for the long term sustainability of the division.

The Successful Applicant
Ideally you will be highly successful in your current field and be motivated by the opportunity to utilize your experience and skills to advise clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to individual real estate or property related candidates on how best to grow their business on career in mainland China. Degree educated with experience across the real estate market, or property development and construction would be an advantage. Fluency in Mandarin would also be highly regarded.
