Job Description
It is a truly dynamic and challenging position in which you will look after a portfolio of assignments under a team based environment to achieve and exceed revenue target and other objectives. You will develop and foster client relationships in a competitive business environment and identify relevant candidates for job matches. Working closely with multinational corporations in the banking and financial sector, you will strive to understand specific requirement of various recruitment assignments and offer the best recruitment solution to ensure client's expectations are met and exceeded.
The Successful Applicant
Degree qualified, you will possess 3 to 4 years commercial experience, ideally with a background in business development, external recruitment or human resources. You will be self-motivated, energetic, ambitious and have strong desire to succeed. You must have the confidence to undertake business development and provide advice to candidates and clients at all levels. Excellent communication skills are required and fluency in English will be essential.
