As part of the continued rapid growth in Mainland China we are actively looking for a Consultant to join our established Property & Construction team, based in Shanghai to cover the East/West/Central China market.

Job Description
Your major job responsibility is to find the most suitable candidate for any of our clients' recruitment need in order to contribute revenue to the whole company's growth as well as making good bonuses for yourselves. To be a successfully recruitment consultant, you will need to have aggressive sales skills, good service provider ethics, harding working, good understanding of the market and candidate calibers as well a big desire of make money and being successful within Michael Page.

The Successful Applicant
To be successful you should have, a proven track record in recruitment or head-hunting. A knowledge of the East/West/central China real estate markets would be a major advantage alongside an ability to business develop and drive growth. Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential.
