About Our Client

As part of the continued rapid growth in Mainland China we are actively looking for a Consultant to join our newly established Property & Construction team, based in Beijing to cover the North China region.

Job Description
You will play a lead role in establishing both the Property & Construction candidate and client database as well as leading the overall business development drive to cement Michael Page International as the leading recruiter of Real Estate professionals in the North China market. A key part of the role will also be to attract and employ new consultants to help grow the business.

The Successful Applicant
To be successful you should have, a proven track record in recruitment or head-hunting. A knowledge of the Beijing and North China real estate markets would be a major advantage alongside an ability to business develop and drive growth. Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential.
