Job Description

Reporting to Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for developing talent sourcing strategies and staffing policies. You will play a key role in providing leadership and direction to the HR function in line with business objectives.You will also be involved in the selection process for senior positions and develop effective selection tools for this process.

The Successful Applicant
Degree qualified, you will have at least 5 years of experience in HR function within a large multinational corporation. You must have a comprehensive understanding of HR practices, trends and employment legislation in China. Fluency in English is essential.
