Job Description

Manage the QA function and manage a team
PCBA / SMT expert
Identify and resolve any failure quality issues
Work closely with the customers to ensure that the quality is in line with their requirements
Strong leadership and work closely with cross-functional departments to ensure that the work and manufacturing processes run smoothly
Use English to communicate with the global customer accounts

The Successful Applicant

Fully bilingual in English and Mandarin
Quality management experience in the PCBA/SMT industry
