About Our Client
Our client is a well-established European MNC specialized in kitchen & household products with good market share in the European market. As they are currently strengthening their new product development team within China they are actively seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to add value to the team.

Job Description
Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will manage the Far East quality requirements throughout the Far East vendor base. You will perform factory audits to ensure that selected vendors comply with the brand’s internal requirements as well as UK and EU quality, ethical and safety standards .You will monitor and maintain quality records for appropriate due diligence.

The Successful Applicant

To qualify, you will have a minimum of 5 years in a quality technologist role preferably from a European retail or buying office environment. Experience in consumer or household appliances . You will have an in-depth knowledge of Quality standards for the US and European markets. A motivated team player, you will have excellent negotiation and communication skills while fluency in English and Chinese is essential.
