About Our Client
Our client is a well-known FMCG retailer. To cope with their business expansion, they are now inviting a food quality professional with high caliber to join their management team.

Job Description

Reporting to the Division Head, you will be leading a QA team to handle the following tasks:

• Develop food safety procedures and control points for food process.
• Strengthen audit skills on both internal operations and suppliers among QA team and provide QA technical support for internal business units.
• Establish and manage QA plan for company's retail and F&B operations as well as suppliers.
• Lead and monitor ISO22000 project for central kitchen
• Investigate all customer complaints and product failure, facilitate solution as well as implement corrective and preventive actions.

The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you will be a degree holder in Food Science with at least 7 years QA experience in Retail or Food & Beverage industry. You will have strong audit skill and familiar with quality assurance systems and practices such as HACCP, GMP, ISO22000. Professional knowledge in Hong Kong and international food law regulations particularly in labeling and food safety regulations. Fluency in Chinese and English is required.
