Job Description

• Responsible for the overall property management for company's projects in South China
• Strategic planning for the property management aligning with the company’s business development strategy
• Manage the sub-contractors to provide professional services such as security, technical service, cleaning, and landscaping etc.
• Advise the management team how to improve the service quality
• Good communication with tenants and handle the emergencies professionally

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor degree or above, major in business management is preferred
• Hold intermediate professional title and property manager work license
• Have the theoretical knowledge and professional property management skills
• Minimum 5 years’ experiences in property management
• Work experience at foreign-invested enterprises preferred
• Strong computer information processing abilities
• Speak fluent Mandarin and Cantonese with a good command of English
• Good in communication and strong sense of customer services
