About Our Client
Our client is one of the largest privately-owned property developers in Guangzhou. It is engaged in the development of residential, commercial and hotel properties in several first and second tier cities in China.

Job Description

  • Manage leasing portfolio including hotel and serviced apartments
  • Monitor tenancy administration works including lease preparation, renewal and lease restructuring
  • Build and execute sales promotions and negotiations to secure and retain tenants
  • Ensure that new residents receive what they were promised, maintenance tickets are fulfilled and logged to avoid reoccurring issues, and the property is well-kept
  • Maintain good relationship with tenants and work closely with facilities management to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Set and maintain a budget and be prepared to report sales and finances to property owners
  • Responsible for any ad-hoc duties as required by the management

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Marketing, Real Estate or a relevant discipline
  • At least 5 years' solid experience in lease administration and negotiation gained from property developer / property agency in China
  • Good interpersonal skills with extensive business network with tenants and property agencies
  • Familiar with the China retail environment and preferably worked previously in China
  • Conversant with relevant Landlord and Tenant (Consolidation) Ordinance and Building Management Ordinance in PRC Analytical, proactive and result-oriented
  • Excellent management and supervisory skills Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
