About Our Client
Our Client is a Leading International Fashion House, that leads the way in Asia in its luxury leather goods. Our Client is famous across the globe for its quality and exclusiveness and they are seeking talented Project Managers to join their Hong Kong team responsible for APAC including Australia.

Job Description

You will report to the Director of Projects Asia and dotted line report to the Director of Store Planning in New York to lead and manage a team of Interior Designers and Project Managers to execute new retail store development across the region and to maintain the current retail stores. As a Project Manager you will understand and confirm design concept, layout and material that is used in the Technical Office in Europe.

As a Project Manager you will source and co-ordinate with contractors and vendors, be involved in the tendering process, from inviting tenders to awarding tenders. In addition, you will prepare budget and monitor costs, execute projects and supervise site works and attend all site meetings .

In addition to executing new projects you will follow up and monitor renovation progress and ensure compliance with Company's standard. You will co-ordinate all aspects of technical work e.g. submission of drawing, design etc... and you will co-ordinate with landlords and various parties to fulfill statutory requirements while complying within group design standards and guidelines.

The Successful Applicant
Degree qualified in Interior Design/Architecture/or Project Management, you will have a minimum of 5 years relevant working experience. You will have excellent communication skills with Clients, and co-ordinate with other professionals internally and externally. Fluent in English and Chinese, both spoken and written (Able to speak Mandarin an advantage). You will be a good team player and leader, positive, cheerful with a can-do attitude.
