Job Description
Reporting to the Project Director, you will be responsible for the design and project management works including design feasibility, master plan and detail design. You will liaise and monitor the works of external consultants to ensure the design objectives and requirements are met. In addition, you will work with Project Manager, Site Team and Contractors to ensure projects are completed according to schedule.

The Successful Applicant
To qualify for this role, you will be a qualified architect with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience. You will have hands-on experience in large scale retail, office or residential architectural design projects with good design flair and management skills.
