About Our Client
Headquartered in the US, our client is a market leader in the provision of high quality leisure facilities. With over 400 stores worldwide and more than 15 stores in the region, they are seeking a high caliber professional with project management experience to join their expanding flagship in Hong Kong.
Job Description
Reporting to the Vice President of Real Estate and Development, this newly created position will be responsible for driving the overall development of stores in the region. Your role covers new facility projects, remodel projects and expansion projects. As an individual contributor, you will lead the tender, bidding, negotiation and award for each project. As a client representative, you will closely interact with Architects, Interior Designers, Developers, Contractors and other consultancies to drive the projects forward.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will ideally come from a technical background with a minimum of 15 years of project management experience. Prior experience in project assignments from inception through completion as well as hands on experience in leading regional projects are pre-requisites. To qualify, you should have a track record of success in managing different levels of staff and other stakeholders. Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese are essential and Mandarin will be an added advantage.
