Job Description
Reporting to the COO, you will be responsible for the senior management of projects from initiation of concept to their completion. You will be required to administer subcontracts and forecast trade costs, and represent the company externally as a multi sites project manager. In addition, you will maximise project procurement leverage with different disciplines, oversee, manage and mentor project group members, and ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
The Successful Applicant
With an established track record in project management and construction within a variety of disciplines including conceptual project engineering and design management, this role is best suited to a candidate with tertiary qualifications. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to work within, and manage, a team, whilst implementing sound planning, negotiation and technical resolution skills. The capacity to implement innovative problem solving would be advantageous, alongside excellent commercial awareness and strong leadership proficiency. A proven track record in completing projects on time and within budget is essential. An architectural background is preferred, though civil engineering will also be regarded.
