Job Description

• Handle the full set of design drawings, design documentation and presentation;
• Review fitting-out details and site supervision;
• Liaise with various business users, consultants and vendors on design issues and related requirements;
• Executive effective time, cost and design management to achieve desirable results.

The Successful Applicant

• Degree or above in Architectural or interior design discipline;
• At least 5 years work experience in architecture or interior design, hospitality experience will be a plus;
• Capable in handling projects independently;
• Capable in budget control;
• Good skill in colour perspective drawing and details drawing;
• Good knowledge in Photoshop, AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, etc;
• Creative and responsible;
• A good team player with strong organizational, presentation & communication skills;
• Good written and spoken English. Cantonese, must fluently in Mandarin .
