About Our Client
Our client is one of the largest alcoholic beverage producer in the world. Their products are sold in nearly 200 companies and has offices worldwide.As the business is expanding fast in Asia, they are launching a significant project in Central China and therefore looking for a young & smart program coordinator to join their business in Chengdu.

Job Description

Reporting to the Program Director, you will be responsible for supporting the project team and the program director for internal & external communications. Description of the main responsibility are as below.

  • Responsible for admin & translation works related to the program. i.e. Chinese- English verbal and written communications, formalizing of documents related to engineering, production lines and business development.
  • To provide continuous support for the program director and project manager, as well as the project team member both on those on the ground and the extended team
  • To assist the project manager in driving various work streams within his remit, with particular focus on translation & communications.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor degree holder with at least 2 years experience in multinational companies; overseas educational background would be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, both in Chinese and English; preferably with technical document translation experience.
  • Preferably has previous working experience in a manufacturing environment.
