About Our Client
Our client is a US fashion brand with successful business in apparel, footwear, handbag and fashion accessories. This role manages its footwear production and is based in Dongguan.

Job Description
As Production Manager for fashion footwear, you will lead, manage and develop a team of commercialization engineers and production QA/QC’s to ensure that footwear meets quality standards, delivery timelines, and customer requirements. You will work with the development management team to ensure that products are ready in a timely manner and assist in achieving buy readiness dates. You will liaise with quality assurance management team to ensure that production footwear meets the company’s quality standards and assist in identifying areas of improvement within supply chain.

The Successful Applicant
To be qualified as Production Manager for fashion footwear, you will have at least 6 years experience in production management experience for footwear or related field with a multi-national company. Experience in fashion or dress footwear is a plus. You will speak good English and Mandarin and have excellent communication skills. You will have the experience managing a team. Good computer skills in Windows operating environment (Office, Word, Excel, etc.). Able to work independently and within a team environment.
