About Our Client
Our client is a well established Hong Kong manufacturer with annual revenues in excess of HK$1billion. An opportunity now exists for a highly experienced production professional at this exciting phase of the company's development.

Job Description
Reporting to the President, you will direct a sizable manufacturing operation with accountability for over 4000 staff. With functional responsibility for all manufacturing departments including quality, you will further optimise existing processes to deliver world class manufacturing operations. You will ensure accountability across all functions while developing a talented management team and a framework for incorporating best practice into daily production. You will also be instrumental in the development of existing management structures whilst enhancing new and existing customer relationships

The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you will be a degree holder or above with at least 15 years manufacturing operations experience. You must have a minimum of 5 years in a senior management position, within a fast paced manufacturing environment. You will be a strong leader capable of continuously improving efficiency and minimizing costs utilising lean techniques. With a strong knowledge of home appliances, international quality standards and a successful track record of leading a large workforce you will demonstrate the attitude, knowledge and work ethic required to lead change. Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a prerequisite.
