Job Description

The Product Manager(Accessory) is responsible for formulating optimum product development through utilizing endorser network for maximizing the acceptance of anglers for achieving the targeted sales and profit of assigned category.

The individual will develop and implement annual operating plans in accordance with the Company’s overall strategic plans and objectives and manage the business on a day-to-day basis.

Candidates should possess a strong business background with an emphasis on product knowledge and development capabilities in consumer goods field.

Frequent interactive communication should be necessary within the organization as well as outside anglers, customers and endorsers.

Interest/knowledge of fishing tackle must be a good advantage for the candidates.

Overseas travel is required whenever necessary.

The Successful Applicant

• At least 7 years experience in product development and production processes based on market information, especially in developing textile products such as bags, apparel goods, etc.
• Good English for communication internally as well as with vendors in Asia
• Bachelor degree or above
• Interest/ knowledge of fishing products will be an advantage
• Excellent communication skill and presentation skills
• Good team-work spirit and able to work with a wide variety of people
• Ability to work with multitasks
• Open for all nationalities
