About Our Client
Our client is market leader in automatic data capture and industrial automation.

Job Description

Support development for New Technology/New Parts by:

• Scouting alternative sources/components/technologies
• Support Cost Reduction programs defined by the Commodity Managers
• Support the Commodity Managers in Supplier Base management
• Support Supply Chain Risk Management program

Manage quality issues with existing suppliers, in accordance with Commodity Managers and Execution needs

• Supplier audit
• Support in New Supplier Qualification
• Qualify alternative components/sources for Mass Production, supported by R&D and Engineering
• Generate and evaluate supplier quality reports, establish appropriate baseline.
• Perform investigation, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and mistake proofing activities.

The Successful Applicant

• 5-10 years supplier quality/ project management experience
• Degree in Engineering or equivalent professional qualification
• Sound knowledge in plastic arts and plastic injection technology (single and double injection, in-mold decoration, and so on)
• Good communication skills in both Mandarin and English
