About Our Client
Our client is one of the first foreign-invested company beginning with the property business in Mainland China and now our client has expanded its business operation to diverse industries including property, hospitality, education, media, IT and other new business to Guangzhou, Beijing, Hong Kong and Australia. Today, they are eager to search one Executive level management as President of Hospitality and Education to join.
Job Description
Directly report to Chairman of the Board, your major responsibilities include:
- Strategic Planing: Analyze business environment of Hospitality and Education Industry and its subordinate organizations, definite the strategic position of industry, develop and implement the strategic planing of development approved by Chairman of the Board
- Operating Planning and Budget Management: Organize developing and implementing the branch's annual operating plan; In accordance with administration authority and the company's financial management system, approve company budgets of major expenditure; Approve, audit and analyze all extra budgetary expenditure
- Capital Investment Decision: Select the appropriate project to conduct a feasibility study, and approve the project feasibility study report; Approve the plan, design , project budgets, bidding, marketing, accounts and other significants matters of the industry investment programmers and projects
- Organization optimization and institution improvement: Implement and improve internal organization framework; Organize relevant department to implement and improve the institution of internal rules and processes
- C&B and performance management: Approve performance appraisal programmer, responsible for direct subordinates' performance appraisal, approve the evaluation results and the application of performance evaluation result; Approve annual budget, human cost, incentive programmers and promotion budgets, pay raise and other C&B programmers
- Appointment and removal of talents senior executive
- Coordinate and push the operation and management activities of hospitality and Education Industry and its subordinate business units
The Successful Applicant
- Over 20+ years hospitality industry (catering, hotel, club, golf, etc) operation and management work experience, 8 years the same position experience working with a multi-business company(not a single line of business)
- Strategic thinking and innovation, keen business acumen , understanding the market
- Strong sense of responsibility, results-orientation, cost consciousness, passion for challenges
- Effective numeracy, verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
