About Our Client
Our client is a British multinational engaged in the development and production of polyurethane elastomers. These products are sold in the global market for various applications including photocopiers and Laser printers.

Job Description
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for facilitating the day to day running of the casting operation as well as procuring raw materials and process equipment. You will develop working instructions for polyurethane casting in addition to monitoring the quality. When needed you will trouble-shoot production issues and solve problems relating to the composition of the polyurethane. You will be given the opportunity to lead a team in the near future therefore; the ability to coach and develop other team members is essential.

The Successful Applicant
Degree qualified in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline, you will possess around 3 years of relevant working experience. You have extensive knowledge of reactive polyurethane synthesis and processing and have a good understanding of process control methodologies of polyurethane casting operations. You will communicate well in both Mandarin and English (reading, writing, listening and speaking).
