Manage the production
Supervise the shift team leaders
Achieve the business objectives set
Ensure the quality, productivity, efficiency of the overall manufacturing processes
Develop manufacturing strategies to improve the efficiency and reduce the cost
Work well with various levels of workers and other departments

The Successful Applicant

5 -10 years of plant manager experience in China
Communicate fluently in both English & Chinese (spoken, written and reading)
Good leadership qualities
