Job Description

• In charge of all business operations including production, maintenance, quality, logistics and warehousing
• Develop strategies to improve the quality and efficiency of the operations
• Lead and manage the cost reduction process
• Work closely with other management teams to ensure that the business objectives are met
• In charge of site negotiations with union representatives
• Budgeting
• Report to both the local Head and overseas Head Office in English

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor Degree in a related discipline (engineering, manufacturing management etc)
• At least 5 - 10 years of similar experience in China
