Job Description
This role belongs to HR Training Division and reports to HR & Ops Director, you need to run the C&B operation and to develop the C&B policy,process model. And keep enhancing all these key issue in daily practice. You will be the key player of building up company's performance management structure and the control system to make sure the policy, process can be performed smoothly.

The Successful Applicant

  • University graduate with 5 years up related working experience;
  • Good at using C&B and performance management tools;
  • Good communication skills with good command in English.
