Our client is a US listed company with global presence specialize in providing professional service. They are looking for a specialist to assist them in overviewing their new team structure.

Job Description
This role will be reporting to the Finance Controller. Your responsibilities will include maintaining payroll functions, reviewing calculations were performed accurately and precisely, information by collecting, monitor payment process, responsible for PEX claims. In addition, you will also be responsible for the coordination of the outsource payroll companies, assisting in the month-end closing as well as internal management reporting and ad hoc projects.

The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate should be a degree holder in Accounting or related disciplines with at least 2-4 years of extensive experience in payroll. Professional qualification is preferred but not a must. You must be detail oriented and dynamic. In addition, you should possess good command of written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Proficient in most widely used accounting software.
