About Our Client
Our client is a Global accounting firm with a strong brand and solid reputation. Due to growth of their China business and further expansion of divisions, they are now seeking a Director or Partner to join their expanding organization.

Job Description

• Reporting directly to the Senior Partner, you will work closely with senior management to set up a new team within the firm responsible for providing advice to clients as regards due diligence, internal controls, cost optimization, internal audit and associated services.
• Covering the southern region you will also achieve recruitment, branding, and sales and marketing deliverables.
• In this first-of-its-kind role, you will have the autonomy and support of the firm to structure the team as you deem necessary, implement all requisite policies and strategies

The Successful Applicant

• CPA/ACCA qualified
• Minimum 15 years work experience in a MNC and / or Consultancy firm
• Strong client-servicing mindset and relationship management experience
• Strong business development capability and technically competent
• Fluent English and Mandarin is a must
• Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to a new environment
