About Our Client
Our client is a ODM for big international brands and names. With their most recent expansion, they are currently looking for an experienced PIE Manager.

Job Description
Reporting to the operations manager, you will be leading and managing the PIE (Production Engineer, Industry Engineer, Equipment Engineer) team to achieve the department objective and goal. You will also be responsible for setting up the KPI of the department and monitoring. Set up improvement plan of the department and monitoring. You will be responsible for the managing the whole process from the Pilot run stage until achieving the standard of transferring to mass production stage. Establish efficient and effective way of failure analysis in order to support the problem solving in the production and Developing the staff to enhance their professional standard through internal and external training will be one of the key parts of your job.

The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you should have at least 8 years solid experience in Production Engineer field with 3 years managerial experience, preferably in consumer electronics industry along with strong communication skills in English and Mandarin. Hong Kong candidates are welcome to apply.
