Our client is one of the global leaders in making, processing and manufacturing synthetic fibres and textiles. They are currently looking for a bright and career-motivated individual to join their dynamic team!

Job Description

  • Organize the manufacturing based on the planning, delivery performance and manufacturing past-due figures
  • Report to the Operations Manager and responsible for staff utilization and efficiency.
  • Responsible for continuous improvement on production with high quality; achieve or exceed the goal of performance swiftly
  • Improve quality checking, reduce product waste and trace back and holding.
  • Enhance quality self audit and improve audit quality.
  • Safe system of work with regard to 5S and EHS requirements.
  • Produce relevant daily/weekly/Monthly reports as required
  • Team building and management
  • Identify training and development requirements
  • Maintain training and development records to meet the quality management system standard.
  • Maintain shop floor discipline and ensure policies and procedures are understood and correctly applied
  • Promote and encourage team working and good communication

The Successful Applicant

  • Engineering Degree; Chemical or Production Management preferred
  • 3-5 years working experience in manufacturing industry, 1-2 years supervision experience preferred;
  • Good interpersonal, communication and cooperation skills
  • Willing to work shifts
