Job Description

Manage the entire operations including production, engineering, quality, supply chain, warehouse functions
Responsible for process improvement, increasing the efficiency
Improve the internal operational process
Involved the hiring processes
Strong leadership qualities

The Successful Applicant

Bilingual in English and Mandarin
Operational management experience ideally in the electronics/high-technology field/PCBA
Experience managing at least 600 - 800 staff previously
