Job Description
You will be responsible for the manufacturing operations associated with the assembly of all products within this successful company. You will develop long- and short-term goals and schedules for the entire manufacturing operation to be in line with the overall Business Unit financial & strategic goals. You will meet quality objectives through the monitoring of scrap and First Pass Yield (FPY), you will drive quality improvement and improve productivity through Kaizen activities. You will also be responsible for discipline and welfare of the team.

The Successful Applicant
Degree qualified or above in Engineering / Manufacturing Management or related disciplines, you have a minimum of 10 years working experience in motor manufacturing or a related high volume manufacturing environment, with at least 6 years at management capacity. You have hands-on experience in Enterprise Lean Manufacturing, working knowledge in manufacturing techniques on Kaizen / Six Sigma, ERP system logistics management, and QS / TS Quality Systems. You posses good presentation and communication skills and you are proficient in English & Chinese, including conversational Mandarin.
