As a market leading FMCG retailer, our client is a dynamic brand offering a comprehensive range of high quality health and beauty products. They now invite a vibrant and experienced retail professional to join their management team in Hong Kong.
Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will oversee a large team of operational and area managers who help run over 100 store locations. You will develop annual business plans and operating budgets while formulating company strategies to achieve gross margin, market share, quality and brand image objectives. Maximising service capabilities, you will manage and identify manpower needs, provide guidance and implement procedural improvements with defined policies. You will also oversee new store openings and supervise store rehabilitation projects.
The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you will have a minimum of 10 years' retail management experience with a background in retail or the FMCG industry. You will have an in-depth knowledge of chain store operations as well as the latest consumer trends and market information. A motivating leader, you will possess excellent people management skills and experience in executing retail marketing and promotional programmes. You will be result-oriented with excellent strategic planning, communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in Cantonese and English is essential.
